摘要

以肇庆技师学院化机厂生产的100 m3/min后冷却器为例,针对薄壁铜小管与低合金钢之间焊接易产生裂纹、气孔和未熔合等缺陷,通过分析二者的焊接性能,探索性地采用了Ar弧焊接工艺,创新了该类产品的焊接技术和方法,且焊后检验合格。结果表明:该技术和方法可行,可保证产品焊接质量。

Abstract

100 m3/min post-cooler produced by chemical mechanical factory in Zhaoqing Technician Institute is taken as an example, to carry out an innovative technology and approach called Ar-arc welding, aiming to eliminate defects such as crack, porosity and incomplete fusion between thin walled copper tube and low alloy steel through analysis on their welding performance. The post-evaluation of welding is qualified, indicating a guarantee for the product welding quality.
