摘要

电厂汽机运行故障导致电力供应异常,严重制约正常生产生活。调研了汽机故障调查技术,在此基础上对故障种类进行了归纳和分析,并结合电厂汽机的实际情况,相应制定了合理的解决方案。研究表明:汽机真空下降、注油器出口油压下降、汽机轴承受损和汽机异常振动等故障的排查与解决,将显著提高电厂汽机运行质量,保障电厂产能,创造更多的社会效益与经济效益。

Abstract

Operation faults of steam turbine of power plant often lead to abnormal of power supply, which will seriously restrict the normal production and life. Investigation technology of fault of steam turbine is surveyed, on the basis of which, the fault types are summarized and analyzed. Combined with the actual situation of steam turbine of power plant, corresponding feasible resolutions are carried out. Research shows that, troubleshooting on faults such as vacuum drop of steam turbine, drop of outlet pressure of lubricator, damage of bearing of steam turbine, and abnormal vibration of steam turbine, will significantly improve the operation quality of steam turbine of power plant, ensure the plant capacity, as well as create more social and economic benefits.
