Optimization design for Machine Seat based on ANSYS Workbench

Abstract

Calculated and analyzed the Static Strength for a machine seat which its original model was established when hoisting and transportation with ANSYS Workbench 14.0. Meanwhile, improved the hoisting-transportation model, and analyzed its Static Strength. Proving that the improved machine seat still met the design requirements.Through contrastive analysis and calculation results, finite element method was used so that the design achieved the goal of optimization.
